we have many more items that use the Flat Rate system to many to list here rule of thumb if its small and or flat it will most likely have a flat rate for shipping If its big and heavy it will have a calculated Shipping rate If its Medium Size (in-between small and big) it will most likely fall under the Combined Shipping Rates 

For Example, if you Purchase 3 cards your shipping will be $4, if you Purchase 10 photos your shipping will be $8, But if you Purchase 7 cards and 6 programs your shipping will be $12 or say you Purchase 5 comic books and 4 tickets your shipping will be $10.
